The job TITLE:

Digital Media Manager

Fulltime position

This position is ideal for a digital media specialist who is looking be a part of a rapidly growing independent agency. This position requires the ability to understand and implement digital media strategy, planning, buying/bidding, trafficking, optimization, campaign measurement, analysis and e-commerce best practices.

Examples of things you will be DOING on a DAILY basis:

  • Plan, execute, test and optimize paid digital media channels, including display, videos, native and paid social media as well as private exchange and open exchange programmatic
  • Manage and execute reports on creative media plans across all digital media channels
  • Identify and develop CRM and DMP segmentation audiences with Database & Analytics teams for campaign targeting
  • Collaborate with the Account team in the development of digital media plans to ensure all campaigns are optimized daily in order to meet or exceed client KPIs
  • Recommend and implement creative and copy optimization recommendations based on data and findings
  • Present the digital performance to internal and external constituents
  • Manage the production of digital media campaigns
  • Provide tagging requirements and objectives
  • Attend and present in client meetings
  • Manage multiple projects across a variety of clients

Things you MUST have:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in an agency setting in a similar role

This position is ideal for an entry level to mid-level person who is immersed in today’s digital and social media landscape. You live and breathe digital and social media and are always looking for ways to help your clients rise above their competitors.

Examples of things you will be DOING on a DAILY basis:

  • Plan, lead and build social media marketing programs for our clients and the agency to achieve tangible results
  • Research and audit current client brands online
  • Developing social media editorial calendars and post and share content according to schedule
  • Develop goals and benchmarks for clients, analyze social media performance
  • Track and analyze data on a daily basis and optimize as necessary
  • Monitor social media in real-time
  • Work with design team to create ‘snackable’ videos, visuals, GIF’s etc. that assist with post engagement and tie into trends on social media
  • me to identify opportunities for clients
  • Educate clients on building organic, engaged audiences
  • Research and identify key influencers and brand advocates that clients can utilize to tap into larger audiences
  • Research and share innovative online ways within new social channels and digital communities for clients to drive awareness, engagement and inbound leads
  • Work closely with design team to ensure all social campaigns are on brand, on message, are engaging, creative, and easily consumed

Paid Search Specialist

Temp to Fulltime position

This position is ideal for an entry level to mid-level digital marketing person who is looking to build, execute and analyze search marketing activities for our clients. Through this process, you will be helping build a rapidly growing independent agency and learning everything about marketing along the way.

Examples of things you will be DOING on a DAILY basis:

  • Plan and build integrated paid search campaigns
  • Execute daily account management of pay per click accounts on Google, Bing and other search platforms for client(s).
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids across large and complex Accounts, keeping track of budgets, impression share, quality score and other important metrics.
  • Implement search marketing tactics, including: keyword research, ad copy creation, campaign performance tracking & reporting, A/B testing, and analysis & segmentation of website user data.
  • Setup tracking and testing for live campaigns for tracking accuracy.
  • Optimize campaigns daily to achieve client goals.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for campaign structuring, keyword opportunities, targeting and bidding.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
