DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGER

Fulltime position

This position is ideal for a digital media specialist who is looking be a part of a rapidly growing independent agency. This position requires the ability to understand and implement digital media strategy, planning, buying/bidding, trafficking, optimization, campaign measurement, analysis and e-commerce best practices.

Examples of things you will be DOING on a DAILY basis:

  • Plan, execute, test and optimize paid digital media channels, including display, videos, native and paid social media as well as private exchange and open exchange programmatic
  • Manage and execute reports on creative media plans across all digital media channels
  • Identify and develop CRM and DMP segmentation audiences with Database & Analytics teams for campaign targeting
  • Collaborate with the Account team in the development of digital media plans to ensure all campaigns are optimized daily in order to meet or exceed client KPIs
  • Recommend and implement creative and copy optimization recommendations based on data and findings
  • Present the digital performance to internal and external constituents
  • Manage the production of digital media campaigns
  • Provide tagging requirements and objectives
  • Attend and present in client meetings
  • Manage multiple projects across a variety of clients

Things you MUST have:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in an agency setting in a similar role

This position is ideal for a junior-level analyst looking to gain experience in digital marketing.

Contract or Fulltime

  • Assisting with program development, optimization opportunities, and testing activities
  • Own and develop the analysis of client marketing campaigns
  • Identify tactics for optimizing marketing, marketing efficiency and marketing effectiveness
  • Define success metrics and make assessments of marketing channels
  • Creation of reports, dashboards, and other ad-hoc analyses

PAID SEARCH SPECIALIST

This position is ideal for an entry-level paid search specialist looking to gain more experience in digital marketing.

Contract or Fulltime

Examples of things you will be doing on a daily basis:

  • Define PPC success metrics for a wide range of clients
  • Track, report, optimize, and analyze analytics and PPC (Google AdWords, Bing) initiatives and campaigns
  • Communicate and present metrics effectively
  • Effectively manage campaign budget trending & allocation, forecasting monthly costs
  • Optimize copy and perform ongoing testing
  • Perform monthly keyword research, discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor activity to expand search coverage
  • Prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

 

You MUST have:

  • One or two years of work experience (non-PPC), open to investing in learning paid search advertising
  • Google Analytics experience/certification
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills
  • A desire to work hard

  • Ability to be hands-on and deliver within a short timeframe
