We are looking for a full time or contract Data Analyst who will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and reporting on data to ensure client KPIs and goals are met or exceeded. 

Requires data gathering and analysis to build appropriate reports to drive business decisions. The role will also encompass digital dashboard, data modeling and forecasting support. Responsibilities also include participation in reporting for primary research and tagging and tracking oversight for media campaigns. Must be able to communicate their work effectively to internal and external teams. 

Examples of things you will be doing daily: 

      • Understand client goals and translate it into an analytics or research plan 
      • Pull, analyze and share data with the team 
      • Serve as support for teams across the agency regarding sourcing data, improving process, data manipulation, and analysis techniques  
      • Participate in the standardization of analytics approaches, reports and methodologies 
      • Utilize tools and techniques to accomplish data validation & visualizations (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel, Google Sheets, Facebook Business, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, Shopify)
      • Develop reports that are formatted and visually understood by key stakeholders 
      • Take very complex data analysis and make it simple to understand 

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

We’re looking for a Media Manager, SEO to join our growing team! This person will be responsible for the upfront strategy & research, back-end implementation, and the measurement of results for SEO. If you are a team player who takes initiative with strong attention to detail keep reading below.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day clients for SEO
  • Develop keyword strategies using industry tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush)
  • Be an authority in back-end SEO optimizations (editing title and description tags, and structure internal linking), on-page optimizations (copy and content recommendations based on keyword strategy) and off-page recommendations (back link strategy)
  • Produce written content across web and email to support SEO strategies and ensure web-specific written material is vetted & SEO ready
  • Create and present proposals for new and existing clients based on research and client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams like creative, accounts and data & analytics ensure brand consistencies and meet client goals
  • Analyze performance and present on key findings and recommendations
  • Maintain a level of quality assurance and holding team accountable for delivering with precision
  • Stay on top of SEO industry trends and tools

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience with SEM Rush, Outranking, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, Google Search Console, and/or equivalent tools required.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or Google Data Studio a plus.
  • Copywriting background is a plus
  • Highly skilled at implementing back-end tags or updating tags via third-party apps

This position is ideal a mid-level digital marketing person who is looking to build, execute and analyze search marketing activities for our clients. Through this process, you will be helping build a rapidly growing independent agency and learning everything about marketing along the way.

Examples of things you will be DOING on a DAILY basis:

  • Plan and build integrated paid search campaigns
  • Execute daily account management of pay per click accounts on Google, Bing and other search platforms for client(s).
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids across large and complex Accounts, keeping track of budgets, impression share, quality score and other important metrics.
  • Implement search marketing tactics, including: keyword research, ad copy creation, campaign performance tracking & reporting, A/B testing, and analysis & segmentation of website user data.
  • Setup tracking and testing for live campaigns for tracking accuracy.
  • Optimize campaigns daily to achieve client goals.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for campaign structuring, keyword opportunities, targeting and bidding.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
