Carbon is searching for a Senior Project manager/producer to join our amazing team. Our ideal candidate is a super organized person who will be responsible for managing creative and technical client programs. This person will work closely with creative, developer, account teams and outside vendors. He/she will establish best practices in process and timeline management to ensure objectives and business goals are met in a timely and efficient manner.

What success looks like:

  • Achieve client goals
  • Establish excellent relationships (internal and external)

Examples of things you will be doing:

  • Serve as day-to-day owner and contact with clients
  • Develop execution plans for client programs and manage the implementation of those plans seamlessly
  • Manage project workflows including project prioritization, resource allocations, and project timelines/deadlines to ensure all projects are delivered on-time
  • Lead and drive a collaborative, creative processes under tight timelines and with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Prepare and lead status meetings with internal and external teams and ensure full project status transparency throughout the project
  • Manage clients and internal teams to scope and budgets
  • Partner in the development of SOW documentation

You MUST have:

  • 6+ years of similar experience in agency setting
  • The ability and proactiveness to identify risk and solve problems quickly
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client goals
  • Excellent attention to detail paired with creative and technical expertise

We are a marketing agency with a ton of spirit and get-‘er-done attitude. Have you ever seen a whole bunch of ants work together to drag a potato chip back to the nest? That’s kinda like us. Account Supervisor

Examples of things you will be doing on a daily basis:

  • Develop and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the client from a business, industry and competitive perspective
  • Lead strategy for fully integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Define and hit key success metrics for client programs
  • Allocate and manage budgets
  • Define, plan, analyze and direct campaign optimizations on a daily basis
  • Articulate findings and recommendations to improve campaigns and hit defined goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for key marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure seamless execution
  • Identify and understand all potential media platforms that may be effective or opportunistic for clients including but not limited to; OOH, digital, search, social, OTT, etc.)
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and incremental business growth potential. Develop business cases, gain approval and execute
  • Prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

You MUST have:

  • 6-8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Hands on experience managing and optimizing campaigns
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel and how to optimize at each stage
  • Sharp analytical skills paired with marketing expertise
  • Strong organization, writing, editing, and proofing skills
  • A desire to work hard
