ergoPouch is an Australian baby brand designing scientifically-researched and stylish swaddles, sleep sacks, wearable blankets, and white noise machines to help the worlds babies (and thus, parents!) fall asleep easier and sleep more soundly. All ergoPouch products are TOG-rated, a system of warmth index that correlates to room temperature for optimum sleep quality and safety.

Carbon provides strategic planning and performance media management services to drive ecommerce sales, achieving 600%+ ROAS in search and 400%+ in paid social on a daily basis, while scaling sales an average of 15%-20% month-over-month in ergoPouch’s USA and Canada markets. Growing up

In early 2023 Carbon identified a new business opportunity for ergoPouch – increasing awareness and engagement with new parents and new-to-the-brand prospects. Carbon hypothesized that this relatively unknown brand (BDI under 5%) would benefit not just from obsessively optimized shopping campaigns, but also from adding more prospects to the top of the funnel. Over the past 8 months Carbon concepted a full-funnel brand campaign themed “Welcome to the magical land of Ozzz,” playing both to ergoPouch’s Australian heritage and to key product benefits – better sleep for newborns through toddlers.

Imagine a land of bedtime stories, peaceful lullabies, and twinkling stars. This special place is where magical sleep happens, sending you off into a dreamscape of wonder. This bedtime story, executed in fanciful original illustration and animation, transports new parents to the Magical Land of Ozzz.

This new campaign, launched fall of 2023, will introduce tens of thousands of net new target customers to the ergoPouch brand, building followers, site traffic, retargeting pools, and sales for the critical holiday season. And most importantly, help America’s babies sleep better.
