Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams—building strong relationships, translating business goals into marketing strategies, and ensuring projects are executed with excellence. The ideal candidate has agency experience, is organized, resourceful, and client-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing strong and trusted relationships.
- Translate client needs into clear briefs for creative, strategy, and performance teams.
- Manage day-to-day communication, project timelines, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal partners to oversee the successful execution of campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., web, social, paid media, email).
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and optimization.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals and agency standards.
- Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and strategic plans for existing and prospective clients.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or project management within a marketing, digital, or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid, social, web, email, analytics).
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strategic thinker who can balance client goals with agency capabilities.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a creative, entrepreneurial setting.
- Comfortable using project management tools and reporting platforms (experience with Asana, Monday.com, Google Analytics, etc. is a plus).
