We're in the business of trying to get people to do something. Buy something. See something. Understand something. But first, we have to know them better than we know our own parents. We use traditional research methodologies, like focus groups, online surveys, and interviews, as well as non-traditional methodologies like at home discussions, retail shop-alongs, and video testimonials to get to the core of this understanding. It helps that everyone on our team is a brand strategist and moderator trained - this way nothing gets lost in translation from consumer to brief.
