Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Media Specialist to join our team on a contract, as-needed basis. In this role, you'll provide tactical support for paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, managing setup and optimization while also assisting with organic social initiatives. The ideal candidate is performance-driven, data-savvy, and detail-oriented, with the ability to jump in quickly and manage campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, Snapchat, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time adjustments to targeting, creative, budgets, and bids to maximize ROI.
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies based on client goals and performance data.
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters to ensure accurate reporting.
- Compile performance reports and provide actionable insights on campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, etc.).
- Support A/B testing initiatives across ad creative, copy, audiences, and placements.
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, ad policies, and paid social best practices.
- Monitor and assist with organic social media activities including content scheduling, community engagement, and platform monitoring as needed.
- Assist with organic social media management and creative teams to align campaigns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in an agency or performance marketing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other major social advertising platforms.
- Experience with tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present campaign performance and recommendations clearly.
- Experience with organic social media management is a plus.
- Certifications in Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms preferred.
