Artaic is an innovative mosaic tile installation business who leverages technology and robotics to create a more accessible medium. Since 2018, Carbon has developed and analyzed target personas, identified key geographic locations, created and executed digital media plans and channel recommendations and supported the transition to HubSpot for more streamlined and detailed reporting.

The digital strategy for Artaic is hyper-personalized, leveraging a mix of first- and second-party data from owned CRM lists, partner databases, and Resonate audiences to reach the most qualified leads across social platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Carbon works hand-in-hand with their internal team to ensure proper creative messaging to each of the defined personas. Carbon has also implemented geo-targeted digital campaigns focused on key industry events to target industry professionals at optimal times.

Via our custom-built HubSpot dashboard, we track leads and opportunities throughout the 8-step lead process to qualify the leads based on size and revenue with our custom lead-scoring algorithm. Over the course of our relationship, we have generated a 3,000%+ ROAS for the business.
