In early 2023 Carbon identified a new business opportunity for ergoPouch - increasing awareness and engagement with new parents and new-to-the-brand prospects. Carbon hypothesized that this relatively unknown brand (BDI under 5%) would benefit not just from obsessively optimized shopping campaigns, but also from adding more prospects to the top of the funnel. Over the past 8 months Carbon concepted a full-funnel brand campaign themed “Welcome to the magical land of Ozzz,” playing both to ergoPouch’s Australian heritage and to key product benefits - better sleep for newborns through toddlers.
