Two leading vitamin and supplement brands, Jarrow Formulas and Natrol LLC, officially came together under Vytalogy Wellness to continue helping consumers achieve their wellness goals. Both Jarrow and Natrol went through a brand refresh after coming under the Vytalogy Wellness umbrella, which required a completely refreshed approach to ecommerce to establish the new branding system, as well as establishing brand authority, engagement, and sales across all digital storefronts.
One of the goals of the rebrand was to have Jarrow and Natrol products be the first products people reach for every day. Vytalogy partnered with Carbon to execute all ecommerce focused creative, which requires deep understanding of the brands, consumers and digital storefronts to create the most optimized shopping experience within each retail channel.
To help reach these goals Carbon took the following approach:
Content Strategy: using best platform and SEO practices, refreshed brand guidelines, and other requirements to develop content strategy for all Amazon Product Pages, A+ Content, copy updates, and specific Brand Store page updates.
Creative Templates: development and client sign-off on creative ‘universal’ templates specific for each category segment to that brand. Templates were then leveraged for each SKU and A+ content, applying updates that are specific to that product.
Creative and Copy Development: refreshing all product image tiles for 200+ SKUs. Updating A+ imagery and content for all category segments under each brand. Developing SEO-optimized copy for product image tiles, product bullet copy, product descriptions, product titles, and updated search terms.
Monitoring Success: after updates are live it is key to continue to monitor the results of each SKU to determine where changes and optimizations can be made.
Since Carbon has made updates both brands have seen quick improvements in ecommerce performance.
Natrol:
The top organic ASINs for Natrol have received a 94.2% increase in organic search traffic. This accounts for more than 1,000 product page visits per day during peak traffic periods.
Weekly search volume across all Natrol ASINs has increased 70.1% during Carbon’s activation period compared to the previous period.
Natrol Gummies 60 Count - This product outscored 99.6% of ASINs for total traffic and organic search accounts for 76% of total traffic. Organic traffic has hit an all-time high since Carbon revamped the listing.
Jarrow:
The top organic ASINs for Natrol have received a 95.2% increase in organic search traffic. This accounts for more than 1,000 product page visits per day during peak traffic periods.
Weekly search volume across all Natrol ASINs have increased 70.1% during Carbon’s activation period compared to the previous period.
Jarro-Dophilus (50 Billion) 120 Count - This product outscored 99% of ASINs for total traffic and organic search accounts for 38% of total traffic. Organic traffic has hit an all-time high since Carbon revamped the listing.
