Connect the work that creates a useful sales conversation.

A campaign can earn attention. A good story can hold it. We bring the pieces together so the right people know why they should talk to you.

What we do

Carbon’s B2B demand generation work connects audience insight, positioning, content, creative, media and website experiences. The aim is to build interest among relevant buyers and make it easier for that interest to become a useful sales conversation.

Before we pick a channel.

Where does the
conversation break?

Sometimes the right people haven’t heard of you. Sometimes they know the name but don’t understand the value. Sometimes they arrive on the website and can’t find the proof they need.

Each problem needs a different response. Buying more traffic won’t fix an unclear offer. Producing another whitepaper won’t help if nobody sees it. We start by finding the constraint.

Demand generation connects those jobs across a market or audience. Account-based marketing concentrates effort around selected companies. They can work together when the roles are clear.

Get considered

Make the right
people aware.

Build a memorable position and reach the audience most likely to value it.

Earn the next look

Give curiosity
somewhere to go.

Use content, work and a useful website to help people evaluate the promise.

Start a conversation

Make the handoff
worth having.

Agree with sales on what signals interest, who follows up and what they can offer next.

The pieces should know each other.

One connected plan.
Room to learn.

We shape the assignment around the audience and the job. That may mean a focused campaign, a website and content improvement, or a longer relationship bringing several capabilities together.

Agree on the measure before the work begins. We keep exposure, engagement, inquiries and opportunities separate so a big number doesn’t hide a weak link.

UFP Technologies

Our UFP work connected research, positioning, website development, paid search and account-based marketing. The campaign work targeted four priority OEM accounts with creative relevant to their business.

That is a concrete example of a connected program. The case describes reach and qualified conversations; it does not establish a guaranteed cost per lead or revenue outcome for another business.

Start where it matters.

A project.
A partnership.
A practical next move.

Carbon works on a retainer or project basis. Retainers start as low as $5,000 per month. Projects receive a custom quote based on needs and timing.

The scope determines the mix of work. We’ll discuss responsibilities, production, media and measurement in the proposal rather than imply every activity fits a starting fee.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Before we get to work.

Here’s how we think about the work.

How is demand generation different from lead generation?

Demand generation builds interest and consideration across relevant buyers. Lead generation captures an identifiable response, such as an inquiry. A useful plan connects both while keeping their measures separate.

Do we need ABM as well?

ABM makes sense when you can identify priority companies, justify a focused investment and support the effort with sales. Broader demand generation can help reach buyers beyond that list.

Which channels should we use?

Choose channels after defining the audience, problem, offer and evidence available. Search, paid social, programmatic and content can play different roles; no fixed mix works for every assignment.

How quickly will it work?

Timing depends on the starting point, the buying cycle and the work involved. Some improvements can be observed early, while brand effects and opportunities may take longer. We agree on useful leading and business measures rather than promise an immediate pipeline result.
